wild green salad wash and roll binding together. Place all on a plate garnish with
extra virgin olive oil almonds, and balsamic vinegar.

Greek Goat Cheese Mushroom Risotto Dish .

Add - together rice, onion, thyme, rosemary, in a pan, sauté with white
wine tomato paste and fresh tomato slices, cook rice until soft, then stir in Cretan
goat cheese. Place wild mushrooms into pan with olive oil and sauté adding aromatic
flavours parley, rosemary, and thyme, stirring to blend all the flavours. Place risotto and mushrooms on plate
dress with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and serve.

Greek Fish Potato Rosemary Dish .

Clean - de bone fish place into a pan add olive oil cook lightly each side. Put fish onto a baking
tray with olive oil garlic, garnish with wild fennel, onions, salt pepper
ammoniac rosemary. Cook potatoes and mash with fresh mint, garlic, saffron. Cut tomatoes
and puree into pan with olive oil, salt pepper, thyme, rosemary cook for
1 hours. Cut red pepper and grill both sides, place olive paste onto fish and serve.
